- What is a pre-sale? -

A pre-sale is a sale that reserves footage that is currently in production. It is a way to be sure to receive prints of certain limited editions, which are victims of their success quickly.

Please note that delivery of a pre-sale fabric begins as soon as the capsule is officially put online (usually at the beginning of the following month).

- Can I receive fabric samples? -

It is possible to receive fabric samples from the latest capsules put online. Simply select the "Send samples" item for the capsule you want to send and pay the shipping costs online. You will receive your small samples a few days later so you can touch the fabrics before ordering them!

- Where are our fabrics printed? -

All our fabrics are printed in France in the Rhône-Alpes region, where real textile know-how reigns in the textile factories.

For the plain ones, it is always specified on our articles if they come from France.

- What are your payment methods? -

Payment for your orders is made online by credit card. The order is processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a second email with your Colissimo tracking number.

- What should I do if I cannot validate my order? -

It happens that your place of ordering and that of reception are not the same and that our payment security blocks it automatically. Please contact the Atelier 27 team by email at hello@ateliervingtsept.fr in order to validate it together!

- What are your shipping times? -

Our average shipping times are between 48 hours and 5 working days, we do our best to send you your selection as quickly as possible!

- How do you send my order? -

All our orders are shipped via Colissimo from La Poste.
