Orders are prepared every day and shipments are made every Thursday with a Post Office or Mondial Relay drop-off.

Our average shipping time is one week depending on load and 3-4 weeks for pre-order items.

All you have to do is add the code "FIL&CO" when validating your order and you can pick up your lovely order free of charge from Géraldine at Fil&Co, which offers sewing classes. Packages are dropped off every 15 days.

What to do if a Mondial Relay package is lost?

For all your shipments, a flat rate insurance of 25 euros is included in the price. This insurance allows you to benefit from compensation in the event of confirmed loss and/or in the event of damaged parcels, subject to proper packaging as described here .

You also have the option of choosing additional insurance starting at 2 euros for higher compensation in line with the estimated value of your package.
