The SERAFLEX® range can be used for working with stretch fabrics such as jersey, sweatshirts, and knits. This soft and durable elastic sewing thread allows you to sew stretch fabrics with a straight stitch. It increases the elasticity of the seam and is ideal for hems, especially when you don't want to finish your project with a twin needle.
The thread tension should be as loose as possible. The spool should also be wound with as little tension as possible to prevent the thread from stretching beforehand. We recommend testing on a scrap of your fabric beforehand to adjust the tension if necessary.
