This set includes:

• 1.5 meters of Inaya printed Ecovero viscose Moroccan crepe
• 1 Garance blouse pattern by Ma Petite Fabrique, available in sizes 32 to 48
  
• 1 spool of Mettler Seralon 200m thread in chocolate color
• 1 free furoshiki wrapping

You will also need: approximately 60 cm of 0.7 cm wide elastic (optional - for the elasticated sleeve version) as well as fine fusible interfacing (for the facings) which you can find here.
