At Atelier Vingtsept, we've chosen—like many small designers—not to offer end-of-season sales on our collections. Our production is thoughtfully planned, in smaller quantities, using timeless fabrics that can be worn year-round. This allows us to offer fair and consistent prices without compromising on craftsmanship or quality.
But selling fabric inevitably means... coupons!
Fabric remnants are essential for using up leftover rolls, for cutting or matching errors, or even for slightly imperfect fabrics. And to help you take advantage of them, we organize several sales throughout the year with special discounts on these little textile treasures.
👉 This is the perfect opportunity to discover our fabrics while treating yourself at a low price!
And to inspire you, here are 10 clever sewing projects to use with small fabric scraps :
1) An ultra-fast backless top
The free pattern from L'Atelier ANAD requires only 60 to 80 cm of fabric!
Minimal effort for maximum impact: choose a fluid fabric (crepe, viscose, silk…), some matching thread, and get out your sewing machine. The result? A light, feminine top, perfect for summer and very quick to sew.

2) A padded pencil case
Toiletry bag, makeup bag… these are projects we love and that are easy to sew with small pieces of fabric.
Ambre had also shared a tutorial during her internship at Atelier Vingtsept — still online and very popular!
3) A chic mini-skirt
The Sister Mini skirt by Vanessa Pouzet is a little gem: only 55 cm of fabric required! Ideal with a beautiful French jacquard.
Add 55 cm of lining, a zip and a bit of straight grain for a lined, seamless, and very professional finish.
⚠️ It's very mini, so it's only for the most daring (or you can lengthen it slightly)!
4) Adorable baby projects
Small baby gifts are always appreciated, and they require very little fabric.
I'm absolutely smitten with the Volantis romper from Ikatee, which can be made with approximately 50 cm of fabric. Guaranteed cuteness!
5) A retro project bag
It's the free pattern from Atelier Bernie that's melting our hearts right now.
With its neat finish and vintage look, this little bag is perfect for storing your sewing or knitting projects. And the best part? A video tutorial is available!

Less than 1 meter of fabric is needed for this Marius shorts from Ma Petite Fabrique.
Its look varies depending on the fabric used: linen for summer, printed cotton for a fun effect… the choice is yours!
7) Homemade lingerie
Looking for a delicate sewing challenge? Try your hand at making lingerie!
This is the perfect project to showcase small, delicate fabric scraps (lace, tulle, jersey, etc.). The result is rewarding and highly personalized.
8) A summer top for her mini
At the workshop, we're crazy about the Mona children's top from Cha'Coud: ruffles, open back, and full of charm!
Between 80 cm and 1.20 m of fabric is sufficient, depending on the size chosen. A lovely idea that will delight your princess!

9) Getting started with patchwork
A zero-waste project par excellence!
Patchwork allows you to reuse even the smallest pieces of your fabric scraps. Cushions, throws, pouches… let your creativity and color combinations run wild.
10) A practical tote bag
Beginners welcome! This small tote bag is ideal for learning to sew straight, attaching a label and playing with prints.
All you will need is 50 cm of fabric, some thread and a sewing machine.
